Creating HTML Reports

You can create a web page of your results by clicking on the Run/Update HTML Reports.

Click on Term/Session Summary and Review to view a breakdown of polling data, for both your term to date and individual sessions. A screen shot of each question is provided, as well as the results graphs for each session. No individual student scores are included in this report, making it ideal to share with your class as a post-lecture study guide.

Click on Student Polling Data to see the grades for each student, by session and by question.

These HTML reports will be saved in the Reports folder within your course folder.

Exporting Grades into Excel

You can export grades directly into Excel by clicking on Export Selected Session(s) as csv (Excel) file or Export All Session(s) as csv file. You will be asked if you would like to include student ID, last name, and/or first name in the leading columns of the file. The file will then be saved directly into your course folder as UploadFile.csv. Any future exports will overwrite this file.

Synchronize Student Web Registrations

To incorporate students who have registered online into your iGrader file, click on the Synchronize Student Web Registrations. Click continue, and those students will be added to your iGrader roster.

Changing a Student's Clicker

To change a student's clicker, double-click on the student's name or ID number to add a new clicker registration number.

Session Summary

To view a summary of the class results, and to award points, click on the Set Scores button below the date of each session. Here you can award points for participation, and choose how many points each questions is worth.

Under the Performance Points heading, you can assign the answer and title of each question. Click on VIEW SCREENSHOT/IMAGE to view the question that was asked.
